Members-only products
A membership is a monthly subscription to you. A fan pays a fixed price every month and gets access to everything you've marked “members-only” — including anything you add later. Stop paying, lose access.
It sits alongside one-off sales, not instead of them. A product can be both members-only andindividually priced — a non-member buys it once, a member already has it. It can also be members-only and noton your public storefront at all — a perk only subscribers ever see.
How it works
Four moving parts:
- 1You set a monthly pricein Dashboard › Members and turn membership on. A “Subscribe” band appears on your storefront.
- 2You tick “Include in membership”on the products you want members to have — from Dashboard › Members, or on any product's edit page, any time. Only standalone products, not bundles.
- 3A fan subscribes— pays by UPI or card, billed automatically every month until they cancel.
- 4They open their library at
kreato.co.in/library— they enter their email, get a 6-digit code, and see every members-only file, plus their billing history. New ones you add just appear.
Future content is automatic
You never “send” anything to members. The library shows whatever is marked members-only right now. Add a file today, every current member sees it on their next visit — and once a day, Kreato emails your members a short “what's new” digest if you added anything. Removing something is silent.Try it in the sandbox
Three things to try:
- 1Set a monthly price and tick which of your products are members-only.
- 2Switch to the member's view — see the library they get for that price.
- 3Hit “Add new content” and watch it show up in the member's library with nothing else to do.
Money & billing
- 1Kreato takes the same 5% platform fee on each monthly charge as on a normal sale. The rest lands in your earnings balance.
- 2Every renewal generates a GST invoice for the member, same as a one-off purchase.
- 3If a member's card fails, they get a few days' grace, then access ends until payment goes through.
- 4A member can cancel any time from their library — they keep access until the paid month runs out.
