Do I need to enable Say Thanks?
No. It’s on every product by default. You can customise the tip amounts in your dashboard settings.
What fee does Kreato charge on tips?
Tips follow the same flat 5% platform fee as regular sales.
Can buyers send anonymous tips?
Yes — buyers can check "Send anonymously" and their name won’t be shown to you. Payment still processes normally.
Is there a minimum tip amount?
Minimum ₹10. No maximum.
