Refund Policy

Our default policy

All sales on Kreato are for digital goods. Once a download link has been accessed, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable by default.

This is standard practice for digital goods marketplaces. The nature of digital files means that once downloaded, they cannot be "returned."

When we will issue a refund

We will process a full refund if:

  • The file delivered is corrupt, unreadable, or does not open
  • The file delivered is clearly different from what was described in the listing
  • The download link expired before you could access it (technical error on our end)
  • You were charged but never received the download email (payment captured, delivery failed)

When we will not issue a refund

  • You changed your mind after purchasing
  • You already downloaded the file
  • The file does not meet your subjective expectations (e.g., "not what I imagined")
  • You purchased the wrong asset by mistake
  • Compatibility issues with your software that were not misrepresented by the creator

Creator refund policies

Individual creators may offer their own refund policy which may be more generous than ours. Check the asset description before purchasing. Creator-stated policies take precedence for disputes within their scope.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@kreato.in with:

  • Your purchase email address
  • The asset name and invoice number (from your purchase email)
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
